About the Role
As a Wellness Coach, you will be the face of our wellness center, working in harmony with our established policies to ensure the highest quality service for our members and guests. This role is designed to engage, coach, and support the community, fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome and connected.
In this position, you will supervise the wellness area, ensuring it remains a safe, clean, and enjoyable place for all. Your day-to-day involves engaging members through coaching on wellness activities, providing training and orientations, and maintaining equipment to support a positive member experience. You will work collaboratively with all staff to advance our cause and strengthen community foundations.
