About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Line Cook to join our growing hospitality team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is designed for individuals ready to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. The position ensures customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. A unique aspect of this role involves cross-training and weekly responsibilities in basic baking and pastry production, supporting our in-house pastry program with tasks ranging from bread and dessert preparation to managing pastry station par levels.
