About the Role
This Part Time position is located at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii. As a member of our Food and Beverage & Culinary team, you will play a vital role in preparing ingredients and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Your day will involve portioning, chopping, and storing food, as well as operating various kitchen equipment like ovens, stoves, and grills. You will ensure food quality, maintain a clean and safe work station, and serve food in proper portions. This role requires physical stamina, including standing or walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 pounds, alongside a commitment to safety and security policies.
