As a Line Cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, responsible for the full setup and preparation of hot and cold food items. You will work across various action stations, ensuring all food is prepared correctly and in a timely fashion. This role requires the ability to cook multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, assisting with the organization and sanitation of the main kitchen, including walk-in coolers and freezers. Your day will involve receiving deliveries, managing product rotation (FIFO), and operating food preparation equipment. We are looking for candidates who can maintain composure in high-volume, stressful situations and are committed to growing their culinary skills within our team.
