About the Team
Ashley, the #1 Mattress and Furniture retailer in North America, is seeking dedicated Lift Operators to join our warehouse operations. Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards for the condition of all merchandise pulled and shipped from our facilities.
About the Role
As a Lift Operator, you will be the backbone of our logistics team, responsible for the safe, accurate, and orderly movement of merchandise. You will utilize pick equipment and other power tools to load, unload, locate, and stack products, ensuring racks are efficiently utilized to protect inventory from damage. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, capable of communicating effectively in English and demonstrating a strong customer focus.
