About the Role
We are seeking disciplined, honest, and passionate individuals to serve as remote life insurance sales representatives. This role exists to help families achieve their financial goals by connecting them with life insurance-backed products that meet their specific needs. You will work with a steady stream of warm leads—clients who have already contacted us—allowing you to focus on consultation rather than cold outreach.
In this position, you will guide 3 to 5 families each week through the entire lifecycle of their coverage. Your day involves reviewing client options, setting appointments, and seeing applications through the underwriting process to ensure our clients are fully covered. While the work is primarily online, occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences.
Compensation & Growth
This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on your earnings. Agents typically average $300 to $500 for each family they help. We provide all necessary training, mentorship, and a data-driven lead generation system to help you succeed. If you are not currently licensed, we will guide you through the licensing process.
