We are seeking a Life Enrichment Support Aide to join our Eagle Crest South team in La Crosse. This position is designed for individuals who bring a fun, caring, and energetic personality to their work. You will play a vital role in enhancing the day-to-day lives of our residents by coordinating and leading both large and small group activities.
In this part-time role, you will serve as a valuable support to our nursing department, assisting certified staff with daily resident routines. Your day will involve transporting residents to meals and activities, managing bed-making and laundry services, and providing snacks and water to capable residents. Additionally, you will engage in meaningful one-on-one interactions with residents, ensuring they feel supported and connected.
Casual call opportunities are available for this position, requiring a commitment to work three shifts per month, two of which must be weekend shifts. While previous experience working with the aging population is preferred, it is not required; we are dedicated to training the right fit for our team.
Offers for this position are contingent upon successfully passing a background check, which will be conducted after an offer is made. Additionally, a communicable disease screening must be completed for positions requiring work within our communities.
