As the Life Enrichment Director at Bear Creek Senior Living, you will be the architect of community vibrancy. You will plan and coordinate a variety of social events designed to create a lively, active environment for our residents. Your work will directly address their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs through daily and weekly programming.
In this role, you will deeply understand the community by determining resident program preferences, talents, and needs through feedback, new resident orientations, resident council meetings, and communication with families. You will also assist in planning events that welcome prospective residents, helping them experience the warmth of our community life before they even move in.
