About the Role
As the Life Enrichment Director at Bear Creek Senior Living, you will be the architect of community life. Your mission is to plan and coordinate a vibrant array of social events that foster an active, engaging environment for our residents. You will ensure that daily and weekly programs meet the social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs of our community.
In this role, you will connect deeply with residents to determine their program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and resident council meetings. You will also assist in planning events that encourage prospective residents to experience the community life firsthand. If you have a love for seniors and an energetic, caring personality, this is the place for you.
