As the Life Enrichment Director at Bear Creek Senior Living, you will be the heartbeat of our community, planning and coordinating a vibrant array of social events. Your mission is to foster an active, engaging environment that meets the social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs of our residents.
In this role, you will dive deep into understanding our residents by gathering feedback through orientation sessions, resident council meetings, and direct communication with families. You will translate these insights into daily and weekly programs that bring the community to life. Additionally, you will play a key role in welcoming prospective residents by designing events that showcase the unique culture and warmth of our community.
