The Theriogenology service at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals is a collaborative academic teaching environment dedicated to advancing reproductive care. Our team, comprising board-certified specialists, residents, licensed veterinary technicians, and supervised students, works together to provide top-tier surgical care, diagnostics, and hospitalization for patients across equine, farm, and companion animal settings. We operate around the clock to handle emergency and critical care cases, including colic, trauma, neonatal intensive care, and high-risk pregnancies.
The Cornell University Equine Park, a "hidden gem" of the College of Veterinary Medicine, features 165 acres of green pastures and multiple barns, serving as a vital extension of our clinical capabilities. Our mission blends hands-on clinical excellence with rigorous veterinary education, ensuring that every patient receives the best available care while training the next generation of veterinary professionals.
