We are building a top-tier clinical team of Licensed Clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. As a Clinician I, you will partner with the Clinical Director and Treatment Team to formulate Master Treatment Plans and coordinate discharge planning. You will provide group, individual, and family therapy, conducting psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments to assist patients in accomplishing treatment goals.
This role is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative environment. You will utilize therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques to help patients successfully complete treatment and prepare for aftercare. You will maintain communication with families, referral sources, and other service providers, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. The position offers the ability to be creative in curriculum development while working within a supportive leadership structure and strong team culture.
