Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide individual, family, and group therapy to assigned patients
- check_circleConduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments for patients
- check_circleComplete and maintain all required clinical documentation within compliance standards
- check_circleParticipate in crisis intervention and multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews
- check_circleAssess patients for substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and safety risks
- check_circleCollaborate with the treatment team to formulate Master Treatment Plans
- check_circleManage patient caseloads and coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- verifiedMasters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field
- verifiedLicensed in the State of Oregon in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health related field
- verifiedCPR and BFA Certification
- verifiedMinimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
- verifiedProficiency in HeatherAI electronic medical records
- verifiedKnowledge of ASAM and Locus criteria documentation
Nice to Have
Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field. Dually credentialed CADC.
