As a QMHA Group Facilitator, Substance Abuse Counselor, QMHP Clinician, or Licensed Clinician, you will play a vital role in our residential treatment setting. Your day will involve providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as facilitating group sessions and psychoeducation. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress. Additionally, you will support discharge planning and continuity of care, ensuring patients have the resources they need for long-term success.
We offer full-time and PRN opportunities for candidates available to work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, typically from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. PRN opportunities may be considered for those able to pick up several shifts weekly. We are committed to professional growth and provide supervision for those willing to obtain or currently holding CADC credentials.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field. Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field. State SUD certification if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level. License.
Skills: Cadc, Qmha, QMHP, Cswa, LPC, LMFT, LCS, CPR-Aed, First Aid.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Behavioral Health Field preferred; Master's in Behavioral Health Field preferred.
