About the Opportunity
CV Resources is partnering with an incredible, community-serving client in the nonprofit space on their search for a Program Director. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential treatment program dedicated to serving adults with substance use disorders.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the Program Director will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, high-quality services within a collaborative environment focused on recovery and overall wellness. Beyond immediate operations, this individual will play a key role in strategic planning efforts for a significant transition to a family-focused treatment campus, which will offer a full continuum of care.
The position ensures that all program components meet rigorous standards for quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance, fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements
