Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

About the Role
As an Addictions Counselor (LCSW/CADC), you will join our mission to provide exceptional clinical care to an underserved and rewarding population. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on their craft without the burden of administrative tasks. At SCT, we handle all billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications, allowing you to dedicate your energy to patient care.
You will conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities. Your day will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. You will develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to support comprehensive care.
