As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will join our growing team to play a pivotal role in providing high-quality psychological care. Your mission is to support individuals in overcoming challenges and leading fulfilling lives. In this position, you will conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on your clinical expertise. You will facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients develop new perspectives on their life situations. Additionally, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to discuss treatment progress and apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions while strictly maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
