About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will join our growing team to play a pivotal role in providing high-quality psychological care. Your mission is to support individuals in overcoming challenges and leading fulfilling lives through compassionate, evidence-based practice. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure cohesive care. Maintaining thorough records and adhering to strict confidentiality and professional ethics are central to your daily work, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional education to stay current with best practices.

Requirements
