About the Role
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will join our growing team to play a pivotal role in providing high-quality psychological care. Your mission is to support individuals in overcoming challenges and leading fulfilling lives. In this position, you will conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, then develop and implement treatment plans grounded in clinical expertise.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to discuss treatment plans and client progress. You will facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients develop new attitudes and feelings toward their life situations. Throughout your tenure, you will apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions while strictly maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics. You will also be expected to participate in ongoing professional education to stay current with the best practices in mental health care.
