About the Role
As a Licensed Talk Therapist, you will serve as a vital link in our continuum of care, providing outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and accessible treatment, offering flexible scheduling that accommodates both in-person and secure telehealth sessions. You will work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and primary care providers—to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the biopsychosocial needs of our clients.
In this position, you will not only conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans but also engage in ongoing professional development to refine your skills in evidence-based modalities. You will be empowered by access to a steady client base through major insurance partners and supported by robust clinical tools and leadership. Your work will directly contribute to a collaborative culture focused on high-quality mental health outcomes, ensuring that ethical standards and cultural competence remain at the forefront of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
