About the Role
This position is for an LPN in the inpatient psychiatric department. You will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed prescribers or the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Your role involves maintaining professional accountability for the patients assigned to you and coordinating care in conjunction with other departments. You will also be responsible for upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.
