Our Nurse Residency Program is designed specifically for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience. The program blends core clinical training with specialty-specific education, including quality and safety classes, simulation labs, one-on-one skills validation, hands-on learning with clinical mentors, and ongoing professional development.\n In this role, you will work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team and a licensed Registered Nurse. You will actively participate in managing clinical situations, collecting patient data, and providing care that conforms to accepted practice standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to refine your nursing knowledge and skills while actively participating in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
