This onsite position is located at the UCHealth Family Medicine Center in Ft Collins, CO, within the PVH FMC Freestanding department. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a registered nurse. Your work will be guided by the organization's policies, values, and mission, ensuring care aligns with applicable scope and standards of practice.
In this role, you will contribute to patient assessments by collecting data for analysis, perform plan of care interventions such as specimen collection and wound care, and assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. You will also be responsible for monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient status and reactions to interventions.
