As an LPN New Grad, you will practice under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other healthcare provider. Your role involves organizing and directing aspects of care for which you are accountable, while communicating and coordinating with the entire health team.
You will be expected to uphold Avera's core values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship. This includes maintaining confidentiality, working effectively in a team environment, and adhering to safety principles and regulations such as those from CMS, The Joint Commission, and OSHA.
