This role serves as a vital bridge between patients and clinicians, providing both direct in-person and indirect telephone-based care. You will function as a primary nurse and total patient caregiver, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage routine to complex health conditions.

In this position, you will not only perform clinical assessments and triage but also serve as a resource nurse and preceptor.
