About the Role

This position is designed for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) New Grad. You will practice under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other healthcare provider. Your role involves organizing and directing aspects of care for which you are accountable, while communicating and coordinating with all health team members.

You will be an integral part of the patient-centered care plan, conducting focused nursing assessments, implementing interventions, and assisting in the evaluation of patient responses. Beyond clinical duties, you will advocate for the best interests of patients, provide health counseling and teaching, and delegate nursing interventions to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
