We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Neurology unit (8E) at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced nurses looking to thrive in a close-knit community hospital setting backed by the resources of a large health system.
In this position, you will care for patients experiencing acute and chronic neurological conditions, including strokes, seizures, brain tumors, and brain bleeds. You will gain valuable experience supporting complex neuro assessments, safety-focused care, and close interdisciplinary collaboration with therapy and neurology teams. Working under the supervision of licensed providers or Registered Professional Nurses (RNs), you will utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care, maintain confidentiality, and uphold Mercy's mission and service standards.
