About Our Unit
Oncology is a 41-bed unit at Mercy Hospital St. Louis providing compassionate, innovative care to patients and families facing cancer and complex medical needs. Our nurses deliver inpatient chemotherapy, palliative, and end-of-life care while supporting patients with diverse diagnoses such as wound management and respiratory failure. Team members also gain experience with clinical research and investigational therapies, working alongside specialists developing and advancing new cancer treatments. It's a team built on compassion, collaboration, and growth - the perfect place to strengthen your skills and build a rewarding nursing career.

Requirements
- verifiedNursing Degree from accredited school (BSN preferred)
- verifiedCurrent RN Temporary Permit or RN license in Missouri
- verifiedBasic Life Support (CPR) certification through American Heart Association
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent
- verifiedGraduate of accredited practical nursing program
- verifiedCurrent LPN license in hiring state
- verifiedLPN-IV Certification (completed or within 3 months of hire)
- verified1 year LPN experience (preferred)
Nice to Have
BSN degree for RNs. 1 year of LPN experience.
