About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other assigned supervisor. You will accept delegation from the RN to meet the needs of the patient and family, collecting data through observation and communicating information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.

You will participate as a vital member of the healthcare team, delivering care in accordance with the patient care plan, organizational policies, and principles of relationship-based care. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and instruct others. You may also have the opportunity to participate on committees or projects, including quality improvement initiatives.
