The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or other assigned supervisor. Located at the Hilton Building and NW Clinic, this role expects work at both locations. You will accept delegation from the RN or supervisor to meet the needs of the patient and family, collecting data through observation and communicating information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.
As a member of the healthcare team, you will deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan, organizational policies, and principles of relationship-based care. This position offers the opportunity to utilize excellent communication skills, mentor and instruct others, and participate on committees or projects, including quality improvement initiatives.
