As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you serve as a vital bridge between clinical care and administrative oversight within our long-term care facility. Your primary mission is to ensure the highest degree of quality care for our residents by providing direct nursing services and supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants. You will operate with delegated administrative authority and accountability, ensuring all operations align with current federal, state, and local regulations.

Your day involves managing the flow of care from admission to discharge, coordinating with physicians and families, and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff. You will be responsible for interpreting policies, maintaining accurate medical records, and leading your shift to ensure compliance with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
