The Role

The LPN Clinic role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to deliver healthcare with heart. You will provide appropriate medical care and counseling to patients, assisting medical providers in the delivery of care under stable and predictable conditions. This position is vital to ensuring a smooth patient journey, from arrival and preparation for examinations to facilitating a safe exit.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the clinic, putting a little more love and soul into every interaction. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinic flow, perform non-complex clinical procedures, and ensure patient comfort with consideration for age-specific and special needs. Whether you are administering medications, collecting specimens, or navigating the Electronic Medical Record, your work directly contributes to the "everyday extraordinary" culture of LCMC Health.
