We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will care for and educate patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions, establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families. You will work effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure the success of the facility by managing daily clinical operations, from resolving pending issues from previous shifts to coordinating admission workflows and ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
Your day will involve collaborating with the treatment team to incorporate medical issues into treatment planning, participating in department meetings, and interacting with clients with compassion and respect. You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to changing situations while maintaining objectivity and maturity under stress. This position is vital to our mission of providing high-quality, continuous care in a supportive environment.
This role features 12-hour shifts. We are accepting applications for all shifts and hours to ensure our patients receive consistent support around the clock.
