Warby Parker was founded with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style. Since our launch in 2010, we have pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies to help people see. We believe that a business can scale while doing good in the world without charging a premium. Our approach is built on creativity, empathy, and innovation, ensuring that exceptional vision care is simple, accessible, and delightful wherever and whenever you need it.
We are looking for a highly skilled Optical Manager to join our growing in-house Optical team. In this role, you will use your professional skill set and product expertise to create incredible experiences for customers. Whether you are helping longtime Warby Parker fans or first-time wearers, your goal is to leave them excited and confident about their glasses.
Acting as both a coach and a team player, you will lead your store's Opticians and jump in to consult customers as needed. You will be a lifelong learner who embraces challenges, fosters an encouraging work environment, and helps Warby Parker grow. This position is ideal for someone who takes their work seriously but not themselves, dedicated to going above and beyond to make customers and teammates happy.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through our Career website. Please note that for applicable postings, the application window is anticipated to close on the date listed. We review applications based on qualifications and experience to determine the next steps in our interview process.

We believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
