About the Role
Are you passionate about helping others and seeing yourself positively impacting the patient experience? As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will serve as the meaningful first touchpoint at the store, carefully orchestrating an efficient flow and transition from our Clinical services team to our retail team.
In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between our retail and clinical services teams. You will greet patients as they enter, identify their needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience, and answer inquiries to facilitate sales. Your day will involve gathering necessary information, scheduling appointments, and performing pre-tests such as visual acuity and tonometry. You will also assist the management team with patient complaint resolution, ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and execute simple customer repairs to expedite eyeglass delivery.
