Doctor's Technician

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others and see yourself as the meaningful first touchpoint for patients? As a Doctor's Technician at Stanton Optical, you will orchestrate an efficient flow and transition between our Clinical services team and our retail team. This position is designed to provide outstanding customer service while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between retail and clinical operations.

You will be the face of the store, greeting patients and customers to ensure an easy and memorable experience. Your day will involve gathering necessary information to facilitate sales, scheduling appointments, and performing essential pre-tests such as visual acuity and tonometry. Beyond clinical support, you will assist in resolving patient complaints, execute simple customer repairs, and ensure eyeglass orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role requires a collaborative spirit to bridge the gap between medical expertise and retail excellence.
