Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive, patient-centered psychology services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors who are passionate about working with an underserved and rewarding population. This role offers a clinical environment free from administrative burdens, allowing you to focus entirely on providing exceptional care. At SCT, we handle all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can do what you do best.
You will enjoy flexible daytime hours with significant autonomy. The position is designed for work-life balance, featuring no cancellations and no no-shows. You will utilize our efficient, user-friendly, clinician-designed Electronic Medical Record (EHR) system, allowing you to document your care your way.

Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting. History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. Psych or Addictions experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
