About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital advocate for a diverse population of seniors, addressing the complex interplay of mental health concerns associated with aging. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, and home health aides to ensure holistic care.

Your day will involve conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental, emotional, and social landscape of each client. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of older adults. Whether providing individual, family, or group therapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, isolation, or caregiver stress, your goal is to foster resilience and coping strategies. You will also play a key educational role, helping seniors and their families navigate mental health conditions and connect with community resources.
