Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive, patient-centered psychological services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. We are committed to providing the highest level of psychological services and staying at the forefront of ever-changing regulations, needs, and trends.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will join a team that handles all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can focus entirely on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care. This role offers a clinical environment free from the typical administrative burden, cancellations, and no-shows.
You will have the autonomy to customize your schedule, choosing between part-time or full-time opportunities tailored to your personal and professional goals. The position offers flexible daytime hours and the opportunity to work with a rewarding senior population. You will be supported by a psychologist-led training program on day one, ongoing peer-to-peer learning, and access to SCT University for continuous growth.

Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting. History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. Psych or Addictions experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
