Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about working with an underserved and rewarding population but seek a clinical practice without the administrative burden. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at SCT, you will focus entirely on providing exceptional clinical care while we handle all administrative responsibilities, including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications.
You will enjoy flexible daytime hours with significant autonomy, working in an environment with no cancellations and no no-shows. The role offers customizable full-time or part-time opportunities tailored to align with your personal and professional goals, including 32-hour and 40-hour equivalent work weeks. You will utilize an efficient, user-friendly, clinician-designed EMR system, allowing you to manage your practice your way.
