Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive counseling through patient-centered psychology services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. About the Role
We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team in a clinical role designed to eliminate administrative burdens and offer real work-life balance. At SCT, we handle all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can focus entirely on providing exceptional clinical care.
This role offers customizable full-time or part-time opportunities tailored to align with your personal and professional goals. You will enjoy flexible daytime hours with significant autonomy, working in an environment with no cancellations and no no-shows. The position includes access to SCT University, a CEU reimbursement program, and psychologist-led training with ongoing peer-to-peer support and mentorship to champion your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Nice to Have
Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting. History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. Psych or Addictions experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
