We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, early intervention, and more.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our Blended Mobile Crisis team. In this role, you will provide crisis support services to individuals in our community experiencing a behavioral health crisis. You will serve as the onsite crisis team leader, responding immediately when dispatched to provide supervision and direct care. Your day will involve facilitating quick referrals to prevent escalation, developing safety and discharge plans, and collaborating with individual IDTs to ensure adherence to recommended support services. This position offers thorough training, great challenges, and significant fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.
