We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our Blended Mobile Crisis team. In this role, you will provide crisis support services to individuals in our community experiencing a behavioral health crisis. You will serve as the onsite crisis team leader, responding immediately when dispatched to provide supervision to staff and ensure adherence to crisis-service-recommended support. Your work will involve facilitating quick referrals to prevent escalation, developing safety and discharge plans, and maintaining critical record-keeping functions. This position offers thorough training, great challenges, and deep fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.
