About the Mission
Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living centers throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Our mission is to deliver supportive counseling through patient-centered psychology services that meaningfully impact residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, we aim to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. At SCT, we handle all administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so clinicians can focus entirely on providing exceptional clinical care. We offer an efficient, user-friendly, clinician-designed EMR and eliminate administrative burdens like cancellations and no-shows.
About the Role
We are seeking passionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our mission of supporting an underserved and rewarding population. This role offers a clinical environment without the typical administrative burden, designed to provide real work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to customize your schedule, with opportunities for both full-time (32 or 40 hours) and part-time Fee-for-Service arrangements.
In this position, you will conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. Your work will involve developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families, and monitoring patient progress. The role requires in-person services at assigned facilities, with travel between patient rooms and offices throughout the day.

Nice to Have
