The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serves as a cornerstone of our behavioral health services, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination across the continuum of care. This position is designed to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions while collaborating closely with medical providers, interdisciplinary teams, and community resources to support whole-person care.
In this role, you will practice within the scope of licensure, adhering to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. You will be the voice for patients during case conferences, advocating for their access to appropriate services and connecting them with vital internal and community resources. Your work ensures that clinical documentation is accurate and timely, contributing to quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of care for our community.
