You will have access to over 14 carrier options, including select exclusive contracts, allowing you to match the right policies to client needs. The role is ideal for those looking to build long-term residual income through 100% ownership of active renewals and endorsements.
Our compensation model is designed to reward high performance. We pay up to 75% of the broker fee per sale, which is significantly higher than the industry standard of 10-15%. Combined with 100% ownership of renewals and endorsements, one sale here can generate meaningful long-term income. Top-producing agents consistently earn between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, with many earning substantial residual income that requires no additional energy once established.
We also offer a $5,000 training allowance for qualified candidates and additional incentives for positive reviews and handling unsold calls from other agents. With a 50-65% conversion rate and an average broker fee of $425+ per policy, the opportunity for growth is immediate and tangible.
