You will provide guidance and customer assistance through all forms of communication, author reports and correspondence, and establish effective working relationships with managers, service providers, and the public.
The work environment is primarily indoor and climate-controlled, free from disagreeable elements. While the role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally), there is little to no risk related to physical or mental health and safety. As a County employee, you may be required to participate in emergency response and recovery activities, temporarily adjusting your duties or schedule to meet the needs of the community.
