Legal Billing Specialist (E-Billing)

About the Role

Vaco by Highspring is recruiting for a Legal Billing Specialist (E-Billing) to join our team in a direct hire capacity. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for electronic billing activities, ensuring that invoices for assigned clients are prepared, formatted, and submitted in full compliance with diverse client billing guidelines.

You will act as the primary liaison between billing attorneys and clients, utilizing specialized e-billing systems such as E-Billing Hub (EBH), Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Collaborati, and Tymetrix. Your day-to-day involves reviewing and revising electronic invoices based on attorney instructions, monitoring invoice rejections and disputes, and troubleshooting platform issues to resolve discrepancies swiftly. You will also support the Client Accounting Manager with cross-functional accounting duties and billing-related projects.
