UMB is more than a company; we are advisors, consultants, problem solvers, and community members dedicated to helping you make the best of every moment with a financial foundation that supports your success. Our specialty corporate trust team focuses on the CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) product, serving as a hub for complex operational excellence and strategic client partnership.
We believe our people are more than a means to an end. At UMB, you are valued for exactly who you are, encouraged to support causes you care about, and empowered to have multiple careers within the organization. We expect more than the status quo: more heart, more trust, and more opportunities for our associates to do the right thing and be heard.
This position serves as a critical partner to our largest clients, providing highly complex support to those with the most demanding needs. You will operate independently to manage day-to-day operational and client service activities within the CLO product line, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
In this role, you will not only resolve the most complex administrative issues but also work alongside senior management and technical staff to identify business solutions that improve processes, policies, and systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, leading the development of efficient workflows, participating in system testing, and developing training related to CLO products and services. Your work will directly impact the client experience by facilitating transaction closings, managing cash and investment transactions, and providing strategic feedback to sales teams on pricing and new business opportunities.
If you are ready to be part of something more, we invite you to apply. UMB is committed to inclusion and diversity, providing employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
