This position serves as a vital operational hub for our lending and leasing functions, coordinating the complex ecosystem of property site inspections, collateral documentation, and appraisal management. You will ensure seamless execution by maintaining accurate records and facilitating timely communication between internal teams, borrowers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of property and construction inspections, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. You will also oversee the operational support for appraisal accounts receivable, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring efficient payment processing. Your work directly supports the accuracy and speed of our credit decisions and disbursement processes.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing up to 50% remote work. The role is open to candidates located in any of our office locations across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. We provide flexible schedules, including ample flexibility during summer months, to support a healthy work-life balance.
